Chirping
So, i recently got 4 other chicks from Tractor Supply. 2 Leghorn and 2 Amberlink. Unfortunately 3 passed away from not eating or drinking and one appeared to not have a vent opening. That left me with 1 out of the 4. Her name is Uno and she is going strong. Just so people know, I have her in a brooder with a mirror and a stuffed toy. It's a large brooder and there are other chicks in there about 3 weeks older. I keep them separated by a clothes hamper so they can see eachother. The holes are not big so the others can't stick thier head through but enough space and holes for airflow, warm and cool side, etc. Anyway, the baby Leghorns and Amberlinks look so much alike, I can't tell what Uno is. I could wait for her to grow up but I'm curious what (if any) is the difference between the two as chicks. Does anyone know a tell sign?
