The double egglayer emmy!

A few days ago, im confident emily laid two eggs. I only have one that lays her color and size, and i checked, she definitely laid it in one day.

however, today, she did it again! Checked about 30 minutes ago, no eggs in the nesting box. Em hops in, then comes out! Boom! Two of emilys eggs! Hot and all.

We got a extra layer in the flock! This is twice now!

Bantam cochin Shes almost a year old.

So, i examined the eggs a bit more for anyone curious.

one eggs shell looks to be thinner? I dont know. Im pretty sure i could see little veins or something in there.

also, emily will always lay 1.50 OZ of an egg, never one over or under. But this time, one is 1.75 OZ i believe, other 1.65 OZ!
