It's really deserted over there. I think some of us who talk about gardening here in the "random ramblings" section should go over and help out. That is part of what makes BYC a great site - you can post a question and get an almost instant answer. So all of you guys that know something about gardening come over there and help out every once in a while. I'm sure it discourages new people over there when no one answers their questions.

I love it over there. A lot of the people are BYCers. Last year was the first year I ever tried to seriously have a veggie garden. TEGers walked me through the entire season and answered every question (some really stupid) that I had! I just finished adding an additional 8" to my garden!!! They DIDN'T tell me that gardening is as addictive as chickens!

You are gonna love gardening, don't try to do it all in one year. Get to know where the sun shines the most, and where the shaded areas are. Because you will need flowers for the sun areas, and flowers for the shaded areas.
