the egg that got put in the fridge- how long to wait

My egg got put in the fridge for 5-6 hours. I know if it hatches it will hatch later than a normal egg but how late would it be? It got put in the fridge on day 18 or 19 (I've lost count) and is Probably on day 20 now. How long should I wait untill I give up on it?

They usually hatch on day 21...Id give it a few extra days like any other egg (some are late bloomers in general).
