For those who think it's only coons and foxes who are smart.......

Plus what you are up against with a determined neighbor's god.....errrr......dog. You still think chicken wire is going stop that guy?

If they can get out.......they can get in. Solution? Better latches, sturdy aprons and an electric fence.

In case others didn't get the point of posting the video.......these animals show remarkable skill and determination on getting OUT of their confinement. They may employ that same level of determination and skill in getting IN to your chicken house or run.....when they get all revved up by the squawking birds that are just beyond the wire. The tiny openings they can get through.....or create from brute force. That is why your birds get killed.

If you can't built a physical fence strong enough or tight enough to deter them, then a hot wire (electric fence) can be used to discourage them.
