We named him "The General" because of his broad chest and wide comb. He looks regal. BUT out of 8 chickens in our flock, 3 are roosters. Its time to send one off to a good home. He will definitely keep the ladies happy. Also, since my husband and I do Old MacDonald's Barn at the Montgomery County Fair, all of our chickens are people friendly and used to being handled.
He is a year old and has been AI and Typhoid/Pullorum tested in the last 60 days.,
I will be at the Maryland Poultry Swap on September 8th if anyone would want to meet there.
