My barred rock hen is waddling around and her tail is downturned. She lays the largest eggs in my flock and it looks like she has a huge one to pass. She's been behaving this way for over a week. She still has a good appetite and is very fat... Is this something to worry about?

Is it possible she's egg bound?

You're gonna have to check her for egg binding. Feel her tummy just on the underside of her vent area to check for an egg there. If you feel one, you may have to help her pass it. If you don't feel one, I recommend donning a rubber glove and use olive oil or equivalent to insert a finger into her vent to feel for an egg. If no evidence of egg is found, I would be concerned with worms or other internal causes.
