Oh they were thrilled! It was beautiful outside so DH just finished their tractor so out they went. I put their water in there and a sheet over one end for shade and they had a blast. They scratched, clucked, ate bugs, caught a moth flying through and dug little cool holes to lie down.

hehehe yup they did. They came inside about 5:30pm had a nice plate of starter feed with applesauce mixed in and PASSED OUT by 6:00pm! I have checked on them 100 times since then to make sure everyone is alive and breathing...they are just exhausted!

Reminds me of having toddlers...take em to the park and play hard...feed em, clean em and they are out!
