I have the same one. I'm glad she gave that to you, mine was several hundred dollars, so that really was a wonderfully kind hearted thing to do. I have problems with mine clogging but I think it's because of the dogs. My dogs have long human like hair that continually wraps around the roller...I do like the carpet shampooer and all the attachments, but my next machine is going to be ligher and far less complicated.

If you need replacement bags for it, they are less money on ebay then they are at the store and you usually get replacement belts with the bags.

I had read several years ago when you need something and it shows up to stop and say thank you to your angel for helping you. I have to say it works. If you cant find something or need something just stop and ask for help in finding it but be sure to say thank you when you get it. Just yesterday I found something right in front of my face that Ive been looking for for 4 days. It sounds strange but it works for me.
