The hatched...now what??

OK of the 12 eggs that were still kickin on Day 18...8 have hatched....2 more have pipped. When do I take them out. 2 hatched sometime during the night last night so when I leave for work it will be 24 hours. Should I take them from the incubator then?? How dry do they need to be?? I am worried about the 2 just pipped and 2 not even pipped but I have 8 chicks and want to make sure they are cared for as well...

Well...what I always leave them in for twenty four hours. And while they are in there, I warm up the brooder. If all of them have not hatched yet, then I take the ones that did hatch 24 hours ago and put them in the brooder. Sometimes they don't completely dry in the incubator, but as soon as I put them in the brooder, they dry within an hour or so. So just take the ones out that hatched 24 hours ago. Put them in the brooder. Keep the pipped ones in there of course. Make sure your tray has the correct amount of water for hatching eggs and you should see a few more shortly.
