Ther is no such thing as too much ventilation. You might think about adding a little more ventilation at the top of the roof and eaves to help get rid of heat and ammonia, IMO.

As I am quite a safety fanatic, I just cannot contain myself :

You might want to close the gaps above your nestboxes with hardware cloth to prevent predators sneaking in.
