But seriously, you have done a fabulous job! You might want to post this in our Coop and Run Construction forums for everyone to see!!....

Make yourself at home here on BYC and welcome to our flock!

Thank you this was our first build I would love to can you tell me how to do this I am just getting stared on this sit

Welcome to BYC! Your coop & run look fantastic. I'm glad to see that you used hardware cloth on your run instead of chicken wire as there are just too many predators that can tear through chicken wire or pass through the openings in the mesh. Too many times I've seen beautiful coops & runs broken into by predators because the builder used chicken wire instead of hardware cloth. Great job! Good luck with your flock.

Just one more thought. I was looking at your run pics again & can't tell whether or not you have the top of the run covered with hardware cloth (I'm on my I-pad & the resolution is not as good as my PC, otherwise I might be able to tell). If not, I would strongly recommend covering the top with hardware cloth as well as there are a number of predators that can attack from above.

Thank you very much yes we did I read up and looked at a lot of coops and just need to keep the girls save we still have the top to do and some more trim and thing like that but it is a dream come true for me to have my 33 girl just I have 13 that are almost 16 weeks and 20 8 week old so I have my hands full and am loving it

Beautiful coop and run, my favorite detail is the branch and tree limbs as roosts. I bet the birds especially like that. Must feel good on their feet and better to gasp than 2 x 4's.
Glad you joined the flock. I agree you should post photos and descriptions of the build, for the benefit of others. Very well thought out.
