Some pics of my lead hen. Eats straight out of my hand and has learned that I not only know where the best bugs are, but can move stuff like logs, so she can get to them. Eggsellent layer. I’m pretty clueless on breeds, but I think she has at least a fair bit of Plymouth Rock in her.

I would agree that she looks like a Plymouth Rock.
I’ve got a hen that is similar. Her name is Crazy Eye, and she is the alpha female. She’s called that because one of her eyes seems a bit grown over with skin. I’ve never tried to fix it because she is happy with it now, and I have a feeling she’d be less happy if I poked around. Anyhow, she is always roosting in the best spot and getting the first treats. She is also one of the most friendly of my hens.
