Oh oh! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you! When are they due to hatch? I managed to keep my little guy underwraps until s/he was a week old. When my husband saw him/her, he groaned, complained a lot, gave me a look that could kill and, then, promptly fell under the spell of the cute little rascal!
UPDATE on Earline, Pansy and baby. Earline slept separately from them last night. She continues to follow them around and tries to entice the chick to come to her with bits of food. The chick wants no part of her.
Pansy seems to tolerate her more and Earline seems to be slowly coming out of her broodiness. I wish I could post pictures but don't have the ability. poo!
