So I mentioned earlier that my sweet chick, Tali, was eaten by the neighbour's dog last week. My poor Lana was a lonely chicken as the other chicks are still very small. Well luckily I stumbled across an add posted by someone who bought way more Amaraucanas than they really should have, and so was selling some just a week or so older than my own. They had one girl much smaller than the rest, so I went ahead and bought her. And so, I give you Tori, Lana's adorable new friend. She has no facial fluff and is very small, so I don't believe she's an Amaraucana. All the others the owner had were for sure, but I think she somehow got mixed in accidentally.
Also, that's my home made coop they're in! First one I've ever built It's not perfect, but it's sturdy and very functional for those "in between" chicks.
