Hi everyone! I am thinking about purchasing a couple No Crow Rooster Collars for my roosters when they start crowing this winter. Who has tried the No Crow Rooster collar? Have you had negative or posative results? Would you recommend it to a friend?

I know nothing about this product but to me it sounds like it's basically a dog barking collar, and I do not like those one bit. Because when I was younger my uncle used them and burnt the dogs fur off their necks and burnt their skin, so that's my two cents.

Ok I read about it just now, and it sounds like a pretty good idea, so I kinda judged a book by its cover, apparently I was wrong and it does not shock them, it's pretty cool how it works really.

They are not like anti-bark collars for dogs. They are large stiff collars that go around the rooster neck that prevent it from crowing full force. No electricity or chemicals involved.

I've never used them, I love my crowing roo and I'm out in the country. But if you need a quiet rooster, a no crow collar sounds like a good idea. I've never heard anything bad about them,
