The poop of my baby chicks seems to have blood in it. Is it really blood?

I got a couple of baby chicks for the first time, and the poop of one of my Rhode Island reds seems to be pink. Could this be blood? The poop in the first picture has a red spot in it. This chick also seems to eat less than the others and has less energy (not lethargic though). Could this be coccidiosis?

she also gags (sometimes ) and always chirps louder after she eats so maybe she just has trouble digesting?

:welcome Are you feeding medicated feed ? Looks more like sloughed intestinal lining than blood to me. I'd provide some vitamins and keep a close eye on her.

Thank you so much! (I’m not feeding them any medicated feed) I’ve been searching for any explanations online, and I was worried that they might have aspergillosis or gape worms (they shake their head, one sleeps a lot, they gasp sometimes, etc) but they are only a week old so probably not gape worms? Anyways, I’m really hoping that it’s just intestinal lining, and that it isn’t anything serious. Thank you!
