Has anyone purchase chickens from the Poultry Hatchery? How was your experience?

I have not personally, but I have good friends who bought started "Production Red" pullets from them & they've done fine with them. But, they did pick them up in person.
Other people who've ordered from them, I've read not so good reviews. So, I'm not sure.
