The new Kodak ESP printers are more expensive hardware but the ink is really cheap. I LOVE mine and I use to it print photos and papers and everything. Works great. I have the Kodak ESP 5 - paid $75 for it and black ink is always under $9, color is usually $14 - great stuff!

Wow... very interesting. Except we pay for petrol in litres down here... I think a gallon is 4.5 litres, if I remember correctly. It's between $1.20 and $1.50 per litre.
