Please Read First
A) By participating in this game, I promise that all BYC Rules will be followed and that I have read and understood the Role Play Rules that are in a sticky at the top of the Games forum.
B) I promise that all content is to be rated G and suitable for all ages.
C) I promise that there will be no swearing, cursing (including censoring by using symbols) or inappropriate adult sexual activity or innuendo. This extends to mating, breeding or innuendo in non-human characters as well.
D) I promise to treat others with respect and kindness as is the BYC way.
E) I promise not to post any material that is a violation of copyright. Basically this means: if you didn't create the content (like an image / picture) and don't have direct permission from the content creator to post it, then don't.
2) No one will be excluded (banned, kicked out, etc) from the role plays except by BYC Staff.
3) While we expect that the originators of the game will set the tone and theme for the game, they are not moderators and will not act or represent themselves as such.
4) Role Plays and games are not owned by role play originators and are not to be claimed as such.
5) You agree not to post any material that is a violation of copyright. Basically this means: if you didn't create the content (like an image / picture) and don't have direct permission from the content creator to post it, then don't. If your role play has copyrighted images, you need to remove them.
6) Do not post violent, gory or murderous games. they will be closed without warning.
7) We realize this is strict, but BYC is a place for all ages to come and learn about chickens. We want everyone to feel safe here. If these rules are too restrictive, there are places on the internet where free-for-all games are allowed.

Velvet jerked awake. Had she heard a scream? Her eyes serched the still bedroom. Moonlight streamed in through the big windows, blue and soothing. The young pullet shifted on her perch. No one had screamed, it had only been the creak of the shutters or a bleating goat. Velvet's eyes began to drift close when a shadow flickered onto the wooden floor. It was tall and powerful looking with a long tail. The thing turned it's head and Velvet saw the silhouette of a curved beak. Bile rose from the pullet ' s gizzard. *No, I'm just seeing things* she thought quickly. *Mother always says I have an overactive imagination, it's nothing.* Velvet hopped quietly off her perch. As soon as she saw that it was only hanging clothes everything would be fine. The floor bords creaked loudly as she walked and her heart began to beat wildly. What if it WAS a raptor? What then? Velvet reached the window and sighed in relief. There were only some hanging undergarments fluttering in the wind. Suddenly, something shot through the clothes and smashed against the window. Velvet screamed as the glass shattered and claws slammed into her shoulders. A hawk with wicked gold eyes was towering over her. The door to the bedroom flew open and the pullet's father appeared, a sword in wing. He rushed the raptor at once and the creature released Velvet to fight him. Helen, Velvet's mother came in after her husband and grabbed her sobbing and injured daughter. She half carried half dragged Velvet down the stair as terrible cries filled the village........The Age Of Terror had begun.....
The Clucking Empire is under attack and there's nothing that can save it. Predators will soon take hold of the once great empire and deem it as their own. It is only a matter of time before they send armies to Green Gazing and Dark Forest. If you live in the Clucking Empire, flee and/or be one of the predetors taking over it.

Do we have a king and queen? I think my pair of 40 year old geese would be perfect for king and queen because they could have "ruled for generations of chickens". Or they could be monarchs from a neighbouring kingdom that aids the Clucking Empire in their time of need.
