I was going to use her to work on red plye silkies but decided I have enough projects going on right now and not enough space to dedicate to this color at this time.

Your chickens verity (what breed it is) is a mixed breed she is not pure nor will her babies so you may not even get chicks to look just like her. To get the best results you would need another red plye rooster of her same mix to get more some what “like her” chicks.
Your chickens color is red plye. This has nothing to do with the breed. For example. Millie Fleur D’Uccles and Millie Fleur Old English Game Bantam. Even feather type doesn’t make the chicken a certain breed like Silkies and silkied cochin.
Your chicken would be considered and Easter Egger because she is a mixed breed chicken that lays colored eggs. Easter Eggers are not pure and don’t breed true.

To make a new breed that takes a lot of time, money, space and LOTS of patience. I my self am working on 2 new verities of D’Uccles and saving a color in Japanese Bantams, that alone has taken years. My Brown Red Mottled D’Uccles are in year 4 and still have a ways to go. I’m not trying to put you down for wanting to make a new breed. It’s also very hard once you get that breed made to even get it recognized.

You could make your own line of Easter Eggers to have them just the way you want like their egg color, leg color, crest or not crested, feathered legs, skin color, extra. There is still a potential with you Easter Eggers but they will always be mixed never a new breed.

I'm aware of all of this. Most of my current birds are mix breeds. I'm going to be breeding her father to a new Crested cream legbar aswell as her and her full brother to CCL. Then the offspring that look most like her I'm going to breed and so on. I've been talking with other people about all of this already. If I can get to F7 generation that look like her, breed true, and lay eggs like her then I'll have a new breed.

CCL are a breed and they lay blue eggs they aren't considered Easter Eggers.

The first one looks more Buff Cuckoo than lemon/cream.
