I got her as a 17 week pullet BO. Now that she LOVES oatmeal suprise, I held the container on my lap and to my surprise, she jumped up!!!!!!! I have been deliberately holding and petting her for weeks. Any way, then I had my 4 on my lap munching away. They really do make munching sounds and slurping sounds. Afterwards, I was sitting there, and I could feel Clarisse nibbling on my back pocket.
I really never thought she would become tame, it warms my heart. Karen

Cooked oatmeal - I've got to try that on my girls. Do they eat it cold too, like if you cooked up a batch and stored it in the fridge?

Don't you love it when the chickens eat something gooey and they come up with it all over their beaks? It doesn't stay that way for long, though, because their sisters "help" clean it off.

I've given mine warm oatmeal on a cold day. They love it!
I'm glad Clarisse is warming up to you! Food seems to be the best bribery!
