Our 12 birds are in need of a new home. They are a delight, but we are moving. So we need to find a good home in the Brainerd Lakes Region of MN for twelve birds. The flock has been well-loved for many years, of course some new, some old. We do NOT want to eat them nor donate them to a place for that purpose. We want them to have a loving and fun (!) home.

Yes this adds up to "13," but that's because I forgot the very BEST bird of them all: "Big Bird!" He is five, going on six, and was hatched in an incubator in our home! He is yellow and poofy and full of character. He is very independent and knows his name. Clearly, he is our "fave."
We'd "invite him in" for dinner and stuff at night, but we have three beautiful dogs who would "see" him as a plaything.
Our hope was to donate to a couple that is VERY kind over the phone, but they just aren't "moving" on the offer. Of course these birds are FREE, and we DO need them to be picked up rather than delivered, because we do not have a pick-up truck or a vehicle large enough to house the turkeys.
