I've been trying to get one of these "poor Washatonians" to make a land swap. I'll SUFFER with all that miserable weather. Cold, Rain, cloudy all the time. Here in Sunny Florida there are few earthquakes, lots of sun.........hurricanes, tornadoes, .........I'm depressing myself.

My free ranging guineas have the world before them and where do I find them - on either my deck or sitting on top of my husband's car - not good!

Those little boogers. There are not a lot ticks sitting on my husbands sedan these days.

My birds love the porch... and to poo right into the little cracks of the door mat!!!! I swear they calculate where you walk the most and deposit there. The first thing they do is run from the coop to the porch, eat cat food, deposit, and then go run off like it was a big joke!

LOL

We only get hosed down like 150 days a year, the rest is just sprinkles that keeps everything moist, and over cast skies to pad in the effects of mildew and mold on everything.

We are having a heat wave right now and there's a state warning with tips and everything since it's going to be record breaking highs expected in the 80's.

I don't think I could do FL. I like our summer highs in the 70's... Good luck finding a trade! Come to Washington, it sucks you right in... and stabs you with the high cost of living. :o

I wouldn't trade my 31 acres of N. Okaloosa county for any other! Besides, all y'all talk funny and end up vacationing in Destin at some point in all y'alls' life! It'n life great here on the Redneck Riviera?

All y'all take care and I'll catchew on the backslide!

Too cute!

Wondering now where my chickens are gonna hang out once we let them free-range... hmmm... (starts researching extra-long hose lengths)
