Nice! I love this! Unfortunately I don't have good pictures showing my first and my now. My first coop is slightly no more and my flock slightly lives in a different coop now.

This is a good idea! I don’t have a picture of my coop before hand though. Maybe tomorrow I can get pictures of the current coop! I started with a single coop. Open bottom. No run. Now I have a giant run in-closing two coops. I also have a gated area that can open and close/ when closed there is a private area for new flock introductions. And two entrances to the run! I will say I’m very happy with it.
