...stinging nettles... with a thistle growing in the middle... nothing like prickers digging in your back while you work your way through the mess... those suckers penetrate denim like it's tissue paper! dandelions I don't mind, the chickens love them, if they can get them before my silly dog does... she loves dandelions!

So true bout the stinging nettles. I cleared out a big patch of them by our run yesterday, and of course, right there was the chickens go-to hiding spot when I'm chasing them.....

Earliest childhood memories..........Playing in my itty bitty toy room with my Curious George train set. I was probably 18 months old maybe...........
