they all arrived safely one seems a little weak hope she will be ok and one has a little red spot on her beak but they seem not to touch it and one of the little black ones seem to have a little black string looking thing that is attached to its bottom what could that be

ok ty for letting me i thought that is what it was but not sure when i saw it i did touch it to see if it came off but when i realized that it was attached i just let it be and not touch it will she be ok since i already touched it to try to see what it was

one of my silver spangled hamburgs keeps attacking the others feet how can i stop that
