There's a swollen lump on my chicken's neck.What’s wrong with her?How can I deal with it ?

What does the lump feel like?

Could be a minor injury, a bug bite or feather follicle. I think if she were mine, I'd would monitor the lump daily to see if there're any changes. Take a photo daily so you can compare it.

I think it’s not feather follicle because her neck doesn’t grow feather, and I am not sure whether it is a bug bite or a minor injury, I will take a photo of her daily, thank you!
