There's a Weird Scale on my Hen's Foot

I was out watching my flock run around the other day, and i noticed that my hen Sunshine *My Avatar* Had a weird scale on her food... it looks kind of like a pimple, but on a yellow scale... Could it be Bumblefoot? I'm very concerned, and I'll try to get a picture on A.S.A.P...... And do hens grow talons on the back of their feet?
