I have two bulb thermometers that came with my Roll-X incubator and they read 1&1/2 degrees different than each other. Which one do I need to trust?

Neither.
There's no way to tell which is correct. Try a medical thermometer to compare them to.
I've had mercury thermometers from incubator companies that were accurate at room temperature but off by 3 degrees at incubation temp.

I really like Brinsea thermometers. I have 2 Spot Checks and just recently ordered 2 mercury thermometers from them. I have one of each in both of my 'bators and they're reading exactly the same. Win!
