What are you all using these days to check your incubators? I have a Brinsea Oct Eco and Ovation 28. The Ovation allows me to set temp. The Octagon has a glass thermometer. I have I Brinsea Spot Check Thermometer, but not sure I can trust it. With the Ovation it reads low, and with the Octagon it reads really high. I had a great hatch with both of these 2 years ago. I’d love to be able to check them with something reliable to make sure they’re still calibrated but not sure what to use. Any suggestions? Thanks.

You could use a food thermometer and stick it through that vent hole of the Octagon, not sure if you can on the vent of the Ovation too but...... it should work on the cheap. Or you could get those digital ones with a probe and stick that in there also.
