Put them with the big chickens this morning and they mixed right in for the most part. If I can get the cockerel to stop challenging the laying hens they won't beat him up so bad.

Those look like Welsummers or Brown Leghorns.

Oh yeah, their Welsummer 6 week old. 2 girls and a boy. I was mocking the very obvious. I was surprised at how well the got on with the Hens we have. They took a little beating but everything is working out pretty good.

These are the only 3 I had hatch out of 26 eggs. Day 10 in the incubator I had 18 clear eggs and the other 8 eggs were too dark to see through. These three came out of the dark eggs and I opened the other darks eggs and found them to be clears also. Very bad batch of eggs I guess. Probably too old or infertile from the start I'm thinking.

Sounds like you where lucky to get those three.

You're right is what I think. I would have been better off using half of the eggs to make omelets.
