can someone tell me how old they are and when will they think im not scary just got them yesterday will they think im there mother

They are less than a week. 3-5 days maybe. If you go to get them from above they will almost always think you are scary. They have a natural instinct to run and scatter from predators. When you reach for them from the top they think you are a predator. Try to make a flap you can open and close on the side of the box and get them that way and try to entice them with food in your hand sitting still and quiet for a few minutes. They will warm up to you soon I am sure. Good luck they are cute.

If they think you are their mother, they should stay close to you. Maybe you can let them out in a confined, warm place - like bathroom. Sit on the floor with them and let them explore while you speak in a soft voice. You may even lay your hand flat on the floor so they can investigate it. You could do this a couple times a day for short periods, so they can see you don't try to eat them. When they are a little older you can try offering them treats scattered near you. In time they will climb up on you to look for more.

Try resting your hand in there and letting them climb on it and stuff. Slowly raise and lower it and they'll get used to you reaching in thre
