These are my choices which should i feed?

Growing Cornish X's 4 weeks old currently feeding chick starter grower but its only 16% so i need to know if thats good enough or should i choose from the following instead:

From orschelns

chick starter grower 16% (23.73 cents per pound cost)
game bird feed 22% (28.98 cents per pound cost)

From coop

broiler grower 23% (24.72 cents per pound cost)
broiler finisher 20% (27.7 cents per pound cost)

I would go with the 20% feed from start to finish.
