These are supposed to be Barred Rocks, but the one doesn't look like it to me. Im new so help...Google lens says Marans?

I got my chicks at Rural King. They said they are Barred Rocks. But thar one looks so different from the rest of them. Do you think it's s different breed? Thanks for any help. I'm new to raising chicks.

She has white on her wing tips also which is different from the others..

Hmm it’s barred so not an Australorp then but pink feet so not a Rock either. Idk.

Looks like a barred rock to me.

I see you have an actually heat lamp in this plastic container.
I'd remove it before you melt the plastic and cook the chicks.

Put a regular light bulb in there. Heat lamps get way too hot to use indoors this time of year...especially in a plastic container indoors.

i just got a barred rock chick at TSC and it looks just like this.
of course the olive egger looks almost identical
