Turns out our 4 weeks old baby chick is growing feathery feet... turns out these 2 are the "parents"...
Can't wait to see what that girl end up looking like. Honestly, I never thought Baby Rooster had it in him, holes aligning and all (we high-fived earlier).
So far she's a dark grey with a blondish belly, super plumpy with massive feet. Ironically a lil' broody bantam red has been raising her.
