they act like roosters! is it possible to tell already?

It's normal for chicks of both genders to spar. It's establishing pecking order, and all chickens, both male and female, do it. These chicks are too young to tell what sex they are. If you bought them as sexed pullets, then chances are, they are girls. By about 8 weeks old, most cockerels will be bright pink in the combs, while pullets will still be pretty undeveloped in the comb.
