They are fertile!!!

Ok so I just candled two of my eggs on the incubator one wasn't but the other was we have fertile eggs yaaaahhhhhhh!!!!! This is my first time with buttons and my first time with eggs we are so excited that the first batch of eggs they laid are fertile and we will have babies!!! Woooo whooo!!!!!

thats awesome! congrats! I just built an incubator and have some chicken eggs in it but I am really dying to try quail! i cant even imagine how cute they would be when they hatch! im trying to see if I have a male/female right now. if i do i will use a few of the eggs from them !! let us know how it goes!

Congrats!!

We have thirty eggs in the bator (lockdown tonight) and a Silkie sitting on a bunch more (three Silkie eggs, three Polish eggs, two Cayuga eggs and a turkey egg)!
