They are starting to hatch!!

We had two chicks hatch last night. One of the was out at 10pm and the other one was out at 11:20pm. They look dry. Is it too early to move them to the brooder? There are 12 more eggs in the incubator is it going to hurt the one still in there if I open it to move the chicks to the brooder?

I think I do. I built one that has a removeable tray to make cleaning easier. It has a heat lamp in the corner I can post a picture if that would help.
