They ate furniture foam 😳

How worried should I be? Went in yesterday to find 4 of my babies had figured out how to escape their enclosure, and at least one (but likely all) of them had found and pecked out a serious chunk of furniture foam. No bits of it to be found, so I have to assume they ate it.

Is there anything I can do besides give them all the water and grit I can and hold a seance or something?

They should be alright. My chickens and turkeys have found and ate foam quite a bit and they all turned out okay. If you’re able to, relocate or remove the foam. Even though it doesn’t hurt them, they shouldn’t eat it lol. Hope your birds are doing well!
