They have a new chick game

My chicks have a new game they play...One finds a piece shavings with poop on it and they run around with it and another picks it out of the beek and runs the other way while the others chase behind trying to grab it and run...I think I have some simpletens for chickens...They will fit in around here with my other halfs mintality....LOL...

That is a very common chick game. Sometimes it's only a shaving that's darker than another. Chick Keep-Away.

Wait until they get a little bit older, jump on top of the waterer or feeder, then wait for another chick to pass by and LEAP down onto it.

Or they all get the zoomies all at once.

Mine played that with a leaf that they found. The mother picked it up and one cheeky little chick stole it and they played with it for a while

The first day I let the little ones out in the run ( they were 4 weeks old) one found a worm and the chase was on. Poor little worm, in seconds was torn apart by the little Velociraptors.
