Before I had moved a couple years ago, I lived in a town about 30 miles away. While I lived there I started and managed a Farmers Market. That area had never had a Farmers Market before and it was a hit. Well, of course the Farmers Market ended with me moving. A year and a half ago I found out they were trying to get a market up and running in the city where I live. I thought that was great but never had any thoughts about running it. I did plan on selling this year though. So they had a meeting last night about this years market and I wanted to sit in to see what was going to happen this year. After about two hours they brought up the Farmers Market that I had ran. Only the president of the market knew it was me who had ran it. As they were talking about it, the president started asking me questions about it. After some discussion, the president pipes up and nominates me to be the new president. They all voted and said yes.
So, here I am once again, running a Farmers Market. This market is ALOT larger than the one I ran. I am SO excited about this!
I am all about this kind of thing and I am on cloud nine just thinking about this years market!
