For anyone who has been following my post today, turns out they were never fertilized. When I went down this afternoon my hen had abandoned the eggs. So if there was something in there if there was any chance of living I would have to intervene ( the eggs were getting cold ). So I decided to assist hatch just in case there was anything alive in there. Well when I did turns out there was never anything to begin with. I found just a bunch of rotten eggs. UGGGGH that was gross. How do breeders make sure their eggs are fertile before sending them out? That was a lot of worry for nothing.
I must say I am happy about my two little chickies from the other breeder they are happy and healthy.
Thanks for all the help,
Michelle
