They won't get out of our pool

Our drake and 2 ducks found a way into our 4 foot deep swimming pool and now they won't come out. They actually can't get out even if they wanted to as there's no way for them to climb or jump out. Since they fear me, I also can't pick them up out of it either.
How do I get them out??

Pool net. Just net them gently and remove them. Oh and pictures of the cuteness before.

Unfortunately we no longer have a pool net. A few years ago our dogs found it and broke it and since we don't use the pool anymore, we never got a new one

Make some kind of ladder for them to get out. It can be a piece of old carpet secure at the top so they can get out. Piece of lattice. Fencing.
