this is our first time raising chickens and read these breeds would be good with the kids plus good egg layers. I also read that giving chicks sugar water is good after being shipped. Why is this??

Cute chicks I also have those 3 breeds but I don't live them more than any of my other breeds. A good chicken mama does not play favorites lol. Good luck
