Think I just messed up my chickens' internal clocks

I normally give my girls a treat of mealworms just before roosting time every night. Today I knew I was going to be late getting home, so I gave them the worms while I was home for lunch. They ate the worms, wiped their beaks, preened their feathers, and then went straight to roost.

Wow! It doesn't matter how I mess up their treat schedule - mine WILL NOT go into the coop til the last ray of sun is gone! Pretty birds you have there!
