She just seems kind of "blah" - she seems to be moving slower. She does spend most of the day out foraging, she is the last one to get off of the roost in the morning and the first one to get on the roost in the evening. Her comb seems a bit droopy too. When we bring treats out everyone else comes running but she just ignores us. Any thoughts?
Thank you.

How old is she, and is she laying eggs? Has she been wormed lately, and if so, what was used? Have you noticed if she is eating and drinking normally? Pick her up to feel of her breast bone to see if she has lost weight, and check her belly for any fullness. Is she walking normally or sitting a lot of the time? Check her crop to make sure it is emptying normally by morning. Also look her over for any signs of lice or mites on her skin especially around the vent area.

Hi - she is 2 years old and has stopped laying. No, she has not been wormed. She walks fine and her crop is good. She is eating and drinking and has not lost any weight. She just acts tired and suddenly started hanging out by herself instead of with the rest of the girls. She seems to be doing better today though. Although she was still the last one out of the barn this morning, she is hanging out with the rest of the girls instead of wandering around by herself and her comb is no longer drooping.
Thanks. Lori
