Thinking about getting turkeys

Hi there I'm thinking about getting turkeys what is the basic care for them what food do they eat how much space do they need and is it hard to incubate their eggs?

It may be difficult to find a seller this time of year.
I don't have much experience hatching turkeys, but 99* is the general temp. I think they take longer to hatch than chickens....
I would feed them Flock Raiser or Gamebird feed.
