Third time is a charm - I hope

I set 11 sebright eggs and some mutts yesterday afternoon. Temp has been 99.5 steady and humidity 30% steady. Is this good??

Ok I managed to get water in there without the temp changing at all!!!!

I add water by using a syringe with an air tube attached. I insert it into the holes in the bator so I dont have to open it!
