Thanks! I am new to the chicken thing too and so far it is addicting as well! We started out with 3 Black Sex-Links and 3 NHR. They are now 8 weeks old and we just moved them out to their coop and I caught chick fever. So I had to get some more. Now we have 3 day olds. 3 Speckled Sussex, 4 Barred Rock, 2 Buffs, and 2 Turkens. I did get them from a local feed store though so I am not too sure how true to the breeds they are. The Barred Rock chicks look more like Marans. Oh well.
